In 2023, under the banner of Mortifying Moments Ltd., Tammy Burnstock and Jas Brooks collaborated on the scentography (scent design and direction) for Umbrella Entertainment’s Blu-Ray release of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990) in Stink-O-Vision. This limited-edition version (1750 copies) included a novel scent track comprised of nine unique smells, delivered to viewers through a scratch-and-sniff card accompanied by descriptive notes. Within a month of its release, this Blu-Ray edition sold out across major retailers in both Australia and the United States. The scented title continues to attract significant attention, currently featuring in theatrical programming throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Working on this TMNT project was a blast, breathing new life into a beloved classic! We delved deep, from reliving turtle memories to mapping their universe’s scent palette. Fans will get aromatic easter eggs, like Blue Bunny’s Turtles ice cream and that signature sewer scent, even getting a hint of the hero-mutating ooze.
