In anticipation of the release of Wicked: For Good, costumed audience members at Palace Cinema, Moonie Ponds sang, smelled and tasted along to Wicked, bringing to life the Land of Oz.

This followed two days of playful alchemy with young creatives during school holidays. Watching the film, and deliberating on important moments, smelling, tasting and imagining. Then discussing and plotting the audience adventure in detail.

This participatory experience was then finessed and brought to life by workshop participants and Morgan Kriss (Moonee Valley City Council, Melbourne, Australia).

The audience experienced the meeting of unlikely friends (represented by Petrichor power and sweet-as-candy delights), the scent of books, an animal infused feather transformation, lavender lullaby, popping magic and more, all contained in a multi-sensory bespoke treasure box.
